What is HEIC?
HEIC is the default iPhone photo format. It is smaller than JPG but often will not open on Windows or upload to forms and online stores. Convert here and the JPG works everywhere.
Shoot JPG on iPhone
Go to Settings, Camera, Formats and choose Most Compatible to save new photos as JPG.
